What happens when two yoga teachers show up to teach the same class?
A magical collaboration occurs!
Today I was all set to sub for Lourdes' 1pm class at Christown YMCA. I had planned to do iRest yoga nidra with everyone, letting Y members know in advance all week. Lourdes forgot she had me to sub.. walked in with her gong and we decided to both stay and do half nidra/half sound bath for a glorious, intensely restful result.
Here we are with Lourdes' spectacular gong. We all got vibrated to another dimension with her beautiful playing. It was great!
I recorded the session and have a saved audio file ready to share with all the participants. BONUS!
Lourdes is an amazing sweet teacher with so many modalities in her toolbelt so share with practitioners of all kinds! She teaches yoga, does toe readings, is a Reiki Master, teaches Jin Shin Jyitsu, and of course her magical sound baths featuring this beauty of a gong behind us.
